Real-time geolocation of construction site materials in the construction zone via a reporting service portal to secure construction sites.

UBY, incubated by Bouygues Construction, allows construction teams to have IoT data, accessible in real time from the platform and the application thanks to sensors installed on construction equipment.

Avec plus d’une vingtaine de technologies déjà intégrées à la plateforme IoT Open Source Kuzzle IoT, UBY fait « parler » les ressources des chantiers et s’adapte à tous types de situation (multiples sites, indoor, outdoor etc.) :

Matériel roulant : optimisation du dispatching et des investissements (Localisation temps-réel et mesure du taux d’utilisation pour optimiser son parc).
Suivi d’engins et de personnes dans un tunnel (Garantir la sécurité des travailleurs et améliorer les méthodes de production).

Les données provenant des matériels connectés permettent d’améliorer les processus de production, le pilotage du chantier et, plus largement, le contrôle de gestion.

Un projet développé grâce à la création des jumeaux numériques des matériels et la mise en place d’une solution d’Asset Tracking.

Anonymized key data and connectivity

UBY et Kuzzle IoT permettent aux équipes de Bouygues Construction de disposer de données clé anonymisées sur leurs matériels de chantier depuis une application grâce à des puces connectées. Ces puces communiquent sans fil en 2,4 GHz avec un réseau de balises amovibles installées sur les équipements afin d’optimiser le parc de matériels et leur taux d’utilisation. Ces données remontent via 50 000 capteurs connectés, installés sur le matériel et le casque des équipes afin de géolocaliser les équipements en temps-réel et faciliter leurs gestions via la création des copies virtuelles des équipements.
Les données sont accessibles en temps-réel depuis la plateforme et l’application via des tableaux de bord métiers, qui transforment la donnée collectée en donnée utile.
