Incubated by Bouygues Construction, Omniscient, provides site teams with IoT data, accessible in real time from the platform and the application thanks to sensors installed on on-site equipment.

With more than twenty technologies already integrated into the Kuzzle IoT open-source platform, My Omniscient makes construction resources ‘talk’, adapting itself to all manner of situations (multiple sites, indoor, outdoor etc.):
Rolling stock: optimisation of dispatching and investments (real-time location and measurement of utilisation rate to optimise equipment management).
Monitoring of machinery and people in a tunnel (Ensuring worker safety and improving production methods).
The data from the connected equipment can be used to improve production processes, site management and, more generally, management and supervision.

Anonymised key data and connectivity

Thanks to connected chips, Omniscient and Kuzzle IoT allow Bouygues Construction teams to access anonymised key data on their site equipment via an application. These chips communicate wirelessly via a network of 2.4 GHz portable beacons installed on the equipment to optimise equipment management and the utilisation rate. This data is fed back via 50,000 connected sensors installed on the equipment and on staff hard hats in order to geolocate equipment in real time and facilitate management.
The data is accessible in real time from the platform and the application via dashboards, which transform the collected data into useful statistics.
